Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for understanding affiliates current and future business processes/ analytic capability and how the system will deliver value to the organization
- Responsible for eliciting business requirements across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, CI and digital analytics areas
- Capture and document relevant information at the right level (business logic and processes, systems, data modeling) for the different audiences within the program (affiliate stakeholders, IT, technical partners, testers etc.)
- Assess how affiliate local requirements (e.g. regulatory or legal requirement) can be covered by core system configuration
- Partner with the network of Business Analysts to reduce silos, cross barriers between products and geographies, increase sense of belonging and facilitate communication
- Liaise with Product Owners, Development teams across both business and IT to find best ways to deliver solutions that meet Affiliate’s business outcomes
- Participate and support all required stages across the deployment lifecycle
Qualifications and experience required:
- 6 years of overall professional experience
- 2 + years of experience on a complex solution deployment
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent education or work experience
- Business domain knowledge for one or more of the following areas: Business Analytics & Reporting, Commercial Excellence/Effectiveness, Field Force Effectiveness, CRM, Multichannel
- Strong experience with Business Intelligence (BI) and data analytic tools (Excel, Tableau, Qlick etc.), databases (SQL, SAS etc.) and data sources (IQVIA, distributors, digital etc.)
Skills/Abilities:
- Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques, processes and tools
- Strong analytics capabilities and skills as well as ability to drive meaning from such analyses (e.g. KPI definition and interpretation)
- Ability to work under indirect supervision, anticipate needs and drive dialog with the stakeholders
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and by simplifying complex information
- Effective interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement, cross teams collaborations and cross organization communications
- Risk identification and management
- Excellent written and verbal English
