Your responsibilities:

Centralized management of the large scale virtual desktop workstation environment.
Daily virtual workstations environment administration (management, monitoring, troubleshooting).
Performing scripting and configurations distribution.
Enforcing and monitoring application of the security policies.
Monitoring and improving environment performance.
Reporting on the configuration standard(s) enforcement and compliance status.
Advising, proposing and implementing proposing possible configuration improvements, changes or upgrades.
Other specific duties as assigned by Team Leader.

Requirements:

At least 3 years experience at the similar position.
At least one VMWare certificate.
Proficiency in management of virtual desktop infrastructure.
Excellent knowledge of IT security standards.
Excellent knowledge of IT end users’ infrastructure.
Excellent knowledge of workstations’ operating systems.
Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking and related services.
Practical knowledge of ITIL, especially change management processes.
Very strong sense of responsibility.
Accuracy and attention to details.
Open minded, excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving skills.
Very good organizational skills and communication skills.
Supportive and helpful personality with co-operative and service oriented attitude.
Ability to work in stressful environment with minimal supervision

Solution

The scope of our services:

Preparing training materials and training video tutorials for the end users around the globe.

Outcome

Thanks to entrusting all training-related activities to TTMS, our Client was able to reduce training and employee development costs. Last but not least, our team started distributing press releases, newsletters, leadership messages etc., which significantly improved the quality of our Client’s internal communication.

Client’s business objective
Our Client looked for a solution that guaranteed both extremely fast and affordable realization of new business initiatives. They needed a solution enabling them to scale their systems as needed, which is essential to the dynamic realization of their business goals. No large investments and the possibility to implement innovative solutions in a timely manner – these two factors were crucial for the Client.

Solution
Our Cloud Solutions Architects prepared a solution tailored to our Clients’ requirements and expectations. This solution was based on following AWS services:

AWS Elastic Beanstalk as an easy-to-use option for deploying and scaling web applications.
Amazon Relational Database Service for database storage.
AWS Elastic Load Balancing to handle all incoming traffic, and increase high availability and elasticity.
AWS Simple Email Service for message distributions at scale.
AWS CloudFormation for resources provisioning.

Our experts created a simple, yet very effective architecture with two main segments:

Applications Servers which handle all incoming requests from Alexa devices.
Database where all necessary information is stored and processed.

This architecture was designed for scalability and high availability. Application Servers are under control of Auto Scaling Group and Database are configured for Multi-AZ deployment. All traffic from Alexa devices is distributed over Elastic Load Balancer.

Outcome
We supported the realization of our Client’s business initiatives by an AWS solution which didn’t require any major investments in development or production hardware. Our Client was surprised and impressed by how easy it is to start working with the Amazon cloud-based services. More importantly, they looked forward to being able to scale their systems according to their needs.

Client’s business objective
Our Client, whose business success depends to a great extent on an effective marketing strategy, decided to implement the digital marketing strategy for 360-degree customer experience. The essential part of the strategy was to provide up-to-date marketing materials to professionals on the market in the EMEA region. The challenge was to provide the right content to users in 25 countries constituting separate user categories. Having access to materials dedicated to a given market, addressing the needs of their profession, specialization, interests or language was crucial to those users in the realization of the Client’s business goals. The Client needed a solution which would enable marketing specialists to seamlessly share their message across all the countries in the region. That was possible by implementing a web portal placed on Adobe Experience Manager.

Solution
