Pursuant to Art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) (Journal of Laws UE. L. of 2016 No. 119, p. 1) – hereinafter referred to as GDPR, I inform that:

3. Personal data will be processed in order to carry out the recruitment process on the basis of voluntary consent. Sending the electronic form with attachments is tantamount to giving consent to the processing of personal data of the candidate for a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the application.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection; Journal of Laws of the European Union of 2016 No. 119, p. 1; hereinafter: GDPR), and more specifically, letter “a” above provision – when the basis for data processing is the consent of the data subject or letter “b” of the above-mentioned provision – when processing is necessary to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract. The parallel legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 221 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, the Labor Code.
5. If you consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of participation in future recruitment processes conducted by the Administrator, your personal data will be stored in the database and stored for a period of 9 months from the end of the period referred to in point 3.
6. The recipient of your personal data is Traffit Sp. z o.o. (provider of the system used for recruitment).
7. If you consent to participate in recruitment processes conducted by companies from the Transition Technologies capital group, the recipients of your personal data will also be: Transition Technologies S.A., Transition Technologies PSC Sp. z o.o., Transition Technologies Advanced Solutions Sp. z o.o., Transition Technologies-Software Sp. z o.o. and Promison Sp. z o.o.
8. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent to their processing at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent expressed before its withdrawal).
