Your responsibilities:

  • You will have overall responsibility of the products release coordination to the productive environment of products including readiness of User Acceptance Testing project artefacts, driving the UAT communication on enquiries by troubleshooting and delivery of projects, day to day operations for EMEA local teams/markets and Post-production monitoring and reporting.
  • Managing additional communication projects release ad-hoc requested by Senior Management and ensuring the deadlines are met.
  • Delivering according to the Product and User Requirements.
  • Issue Resolution – answering all questions from business and technical stakeholders to bring clarity to requirements.
  • Communications – Provide constant product communication to internal and external stakeholders/distributors. 
  • Assist in defining how product performance is measured and ensure the team’s growing performance
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to communicate roadmap priorities and obtain industry feedback and validation by the defined process
  • Measure and communicate progress against roadmaps to executive management
  • Coordinates and contributes to the development of knowledge base needed for understanding the product, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborates with support to serve as a „Tier 3” prior to escalation to or prioritization with the Development team
  • Coordinates and supports product launches with Sales, Marketing, Production, Business support, Legal and other departments
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Regional Portfolio Manager


  • Higher education (IT, technical)
  • Technologically advanced and IT competent
  • Solid experience in Project Management
  • Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Experience with e-commerce & service products
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under multi-task condition
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Very good knowledge of English
