Your responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day operations and support of Zendesk instance
  • Monitoring the licenses of our Zendesk instance
  • Maintaining our Zendesk instance secure and compliant
  • Providing generic Level 2 technical support mainly for smartphones and wearables
  • Migrating existing studies and onboarding new ones to Zendesk instance
  • Implementing new features and functionalities, change requests on Zendesk instance
  • Maintaining baseline configuration templates
  • Training power users or onboarding new users on the platform
  • Administering Zendesk to optimize the effectiveness of the system and offer the best user experience
  • Collaborating with project teams and/or external partners to understand business needs and deliver solutions to ensure customer success.

We are looking for you, if you have:

  • Experience with SaaS, preferably with advanced Zendesk configuration technical skills (understands integrations through APIs, access management, SSO, triggers, macros etc)
  • Champion of collaboration and effective teamwork,
  • Familiar with the maintenance of the systems deployed in clinical trials and Pharma industry in general (e.g. computer system validation, GxP compliance, SDLC)
  • Level of English: C1 -Effective Operational Proficiency (Advanced)
